Dear University of Miami Family,

Welcome to a new academic year in Miami, at the global crossroads of the Americas. We have drawn incredible talent from all over the world to our campuses, and I am honored to welcome both new and returning ’Canes to the U. I would like to share with you a brief message about our very special University:
