Dear students,

In response to the cancellation of classes caused by Hurricane Dorian, the University is making the following adjustment to the Academic Calendar of the fall semester.

The last day to drop a course without a 'W' is now Friday, Sept. 6, 2019. This date also is the deadline for the following: 1) to apply for Inactive Status, 2) to apply for Non-UM status, and 3) to make a change in credit-only status for a course.

Again, we ask faculty, advisors, and administrators to be sensitive and responsive to students who were unable to return to campus in time to meet the revised deadline.
