Dear Colleagues,
As communicated earlier by Provost Duerk, all full- and part-time faculty will be required to complete new disclosures or update existing disclosures, including new questions regarding foreign engagements, between March 17 and May 31, 2021.
These additional questions will go live in UDisclose on March 17, 2021. UDisclose is the system used by the University that allows individuals to disclose external financial interests, foreign engagements, and other disclosures as required by University policies and federal and state regulations.
Disclosures & Relationship Management (DRM) under the OVPRS is here to guide faculty through this process, and created this FAQ to help. The DRM is also available via email at drm@miami.edu or at (305) 243-0877 to answer questions and guide you through this process.
Thank you, as always, for your support as we continue to build a premier institution of research and scholarship here at the University of Miami.
Sincerely, Erin Kobetz, PhD, MPH Vice Provost for Research + Scholarship Associate Director, Population Sciences and Cancer Disparity, Sylvester Comprehensive Cancer Center Professor, Medicine and Public Health Sciences University of Miami
