Dear Undergraduate Students,
As a follow-up to my April 8, 2021, email regarding the upcoming fall semester, I would like to assure you that I understand your concerns regarding on-campus, in-person classes for the fall due to the evolving situation related to the COVID-19 pandemic.
From the onset, our response to the pandemic has prioritized the health, safety, and education of our students first, while being adaptive and responsive. As we begin to refine our plans for the fall semester, we recognize that there will be additional unknown and unforeseen needs, particularly for our international students.
We are committed to your receiving the University of Miami education you had hoped and planned for. Please know that as this fluid situation in the world and in the U.S. begins to gain clarity, we will provide increasing details on how we achieve the objectives articulated from the onset: a healthy, safe University of Miami education.
We are here to support you.
Sincerely,
Maria Galli Stampino
