Coral Gables and Marine Campus Students,
As we continue to implement policies and guidelines that safeguard the health of our community, ’Cane Cards will be required for entry into academic buildings and classroom spaces.
’Cane Cards will not be required for entry to more publicly available spaces, such as Richter Library, the Shalala Student Center, and the Whitten University Center.
At this time, all you need to do is ensure that you have a valid ’Cane Card. No further action is required for those with an active ’Cane Card.
Need a new card? Students on the Coral Gables Campus can obtain a replacement card from the ’Canes Central office located on the first floor of the Student Services Building. Hours of operation are 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday; and 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., Thursday.
Students on the Marine Campus should email facilities@rsmas.miami.edu to set up an appointment. The card printing office is located in North Grosvenor, room N103, and is open from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. daily.
A valid photo I.D. will be required to obtain a ’Cane Card from either location.
Visit http://pt.fop.miami.edu/other-services/cane-card/index.html for more information on ’Cane Cards. |
