With many teams currently working in hybrid or remote environments, our printing needs across the institution have significantly changed. To continuously focus on financial sustainability, we have partnered with Canon to assess opportunities to increase operational efficiency.
The department of Managed Print Services (MPS) and Canon will work directly with department leaders and cost center managers to share information on printing equipment with low to no utilization. Our goal is to right-size our fleet and thereby reduce unnecessary cost.
