“Powered by You” is our comprehensive faculty and staff engagement program, which is driven by your unique and valuable insights.
On February 14, you will be invited to complete a faculty and staff survey from a third-party survey research firm called Perceptyx. The online survey is voluntary, strictly confidential, and will only take a few minutes to complete.
Your participation is essential for success.
This is your opportunity to share your feedback, opinions, and experiences, which will be used to inform future programs, initiatives, and resources to support your and our university’s collective success.
The data collected from this survey will enable our common efforts to improve our understanding of critical elements, such as: your level of engagement, how you feel about your work environment, and, ultimately, where and how we can focus our attention and take action to create a more positive and productive workplace.
Once the results of the survey are available, the executive leadership team will analyze and evaluate the feedback and prioritize action items to enhance your workplace experience.
