Get ready, Canes! ESPN’s College GameDay is storming back onto campus. On Saturday, September 20, 2025, the nation’s premier college football pregame show—hosted by Rece Davis, Kirk Herbstreit, Desmond Howard, Nick Saban, and Pat McAfee—will broadcast live from the Lakeside Patio at the Donna E. Shalala Student Center from 9 a.m. to noon.
And GameDay isn’t the only show in town. The ACC Network’s ACC Huddle—available nationwide on cable, satellite, and streaming providers—will broadcast live from the Foote Green, from 10 a.m. to noon, giving Canes fans two opportunities to be part of the national spotlight.
This isn’t just another Saturday—it’s a showdown for the ages. The undefeated fourth-ranked Miami Hurricanes (3-0) will collide with the Florida Gators (1-2) under the primetime lights at Hard Rock Stadium, with kickoff set for 7:30 p.m. ET on ABC.
The last time GameDay came to Coral Gables in 2017, Miami unleashed a 41-8 domination of Notre Dame in front of a roaring home crowd. This marks the ninth time Miami has been featured on GameDay and only the second time hosting on campus. The Hurricanes hold a 7-1 record in previous GameDay matchups. |
